Plum Acquisition Corp IV is a special purpose acquisition company, often called a SPAC. It doesn't sell products or services. Instead, it raises money from investors by selling its own stock, then uses that money to find and buy a private company, merging with it to bring that company public on the stock exchange. It makes money for its investors if the company it buys grows in value or gets sold later for a profit.
