Pantages Capital Acquisition Corp is a special purpose acquisition company that raises money from investors to buy a private company and take it public. They don't have any operations themselves - they exist solely to find and acquire another business. They make money by selling their stake in the acquired company after it goes public, returning profits to their investors.
