Mountain Lake Acquisition Corp is a special purpose acquisition company, often called a SPAC or blank-check company. It doesn't sell products or services but instead raises money from investors with the sole purpose of finding a private company to merge with and take public. The company makes money for its founders and early investors when the merger happens successfully and the newly public company's value increases.
