Jena Acquisition Corporation II is a special purpose acquisition company, often called a SPAC or blank-check company. It raises money from investors through an initial public offering with the sole purpose of finding and merging with a private company to take it public. The company doesn't operate any business itself initially but creates value by identifying promising private companies that need capital and providing them a faster path to becoming publicly traded.
