A Paradise Acquisition Corp is a special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, which is a shell company created to raise money from investors through a stock offering. It doesn't have its own business operations but instead uses the raised funds to find and acquire a private company, taking that company public through the merger. The company makes money for investors by creating value when it successfully completes an acquisition and the combined company's stock price increases.
